Wolf & Lamb is a London-based bespoke catering company producing hundreds of meals daily for corporate clients. As Head of Operations and Design, the role focused on building the systems, brand, and digital infrastructure needed to scale the business.
This included designing and developing the company website and ordering platform, creating a centralised recipe database and CMS integration, and developing smart packaging and labelling systems to support large-scale daily production. The work also covered branding, photography, marketing assets, and client-facing materials.
Alongside digital and brand development, the role involved designing internal tools to improve operational efficiency — including ordering, pricing, and production workflows — while leading large operational projects and coordinating teams across kitchen, logistics, and delivery.
The position also involved corporate sales and client liaison, pitching to CTOs, directors, and senior decision-makers to secure new workplace catering contracts.

Farfetch partnered with Wolf & Lamb to deliver a series of workplace dining activations designed to bring employees back into the office following the shift to hybrid work. With up to 500 staff attending across multiple events, the challenge was to create a seamless, high-volume lunch experience that balanced hospitality, brand experience, and operational efficiency.
A bespoke digital ordering system was designed and built specifically for the programme. Employees received a branded menu link in advance of each event, allowing them to pre-order meals while submitting dietary requirements and allergen information. Each order generated a unique QR collection code, enabling a fast and frictionless pick-up experience on the day.
Using tablets at service stations, staff scanned employee QR codes to instantly retrieve order details, reducing queues while ensuring dietary needs were safely managed. The system also captured attendance and ordering data, providing insight into participation, menu performance, and dietary trends across the workforce.
The platform, ordering flow, and event operations were developed and managed end-to-end — from digital infrastructure and branded menus through to live service delivery — successfully supporting multiple large-scale activations across the Farfetch office.
Wolf & Lamb partnered with Checkout.com to design and deliver a branded workplace dining experience for its London team, supporting the daily service of hundreds of lunches while maintaining a premium, well-organised employee experience.
A key part of the project was the development of interactive web-based menus, giving employees access to daily food options through custom links tailored to both the client and the day of service. These menus allowed staff to explore dishes in advance and view allergens, macros, and nutritional information before ordering or collecting their meals. Each menu was designed as a branded digital touchpoint, extending the Checkout.com identity into the dining experience.
Alongside the digital menu system, Wolf & Lamb developed bespoke packaging in Checkout.com's brand colours, helping transform everyday lunch service into a more cohesive and recognisable workplace offering. Branded banners and launch materials were also designed and produced to introduce the service on site and reinforce a strong visual presence throughout the space.
To support the operational challenge of delivering and distributing hundreds of lunches each day, a colour-coded drop-off and labelling system was developed to streamline packing, sorting, and collection. The result was a scalable dining system that combined digital clarity, visual branding, and operational efficiency into a workplace service built for volume, consistency, and employee ease.
